Maestro Baek holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University and brings professional conducting experience from the Seoul Festa Philharmonic Orchestra, combining technical precision with a uniquely dynamic and expressive style that has earned him international recognition. The Orchestra is a tradition born during the fully virtual 2020 Berlin Congress, which has since become a much anticipated part of the IFAC World Congress. It brings together control engineers from across the globe who are also accomplished musicians, performing together under professional direction as a celebration of the community's shared passion beyond science.
