Abstract

In this paper an optimal control problem for a group of interconnected linear time-varying systems under bounded disturbances and incomplete information about their states is considered. A constructivemethod of decentralized on-line control, when control functions are distributed between subsystems so that they conduct self-control with some view on actions of the others, is presented.
