This paper deals with the problem of optimization of airline booking levels for flights with several classes of passenger service and the scientific determination of reservation policies. The dynamic and static models of airline data for determining optimal reservation policies for airline booking process are presented. These models make it possible to maximize the unconditional expected gain of the flight or to minimize the unconditional expected value of loss and penalty. The numerical examples are given.
