New results on methods and software for nonlinear dynamic research and design of robust gyromoment fault tolerant control systems by the information spacecraft (remote sensing, communication, navigation and geodesic) developed by the leading Russian State Space Research and Production Associations (RPAs) --- the TsSKB-Progress and the NPO PM, are presented.
