This paper present a description of all stabilizing controllers by polynomial matrix approach. As the application to proposed description, a pole placement for a plant with perturbation will be considered. Some simulations studies will be shown to confirm the validity of the methods.
Keywords: Stabilizing controllers, Polynomial methods, Pole assignment, White noise, Robust stability.
