A GENERALIZED MARKOV STABILITY CRITERION FOR LINEAR SYSTEMS

This paper presents a generalized Markov stability criterion for linear systems by determining the Cauchy index in arbitrary segments. Based on the proposed result, several new algebraic criteria on Schur stability and strict aperiodicity for linear systems are obtained.
