With regard to the Matlab files, I think it's a better idea to  include the benchmark plant (BSM1 on http://www.benchmarkwwtp.org/)  on which I'm working on. I've started implementing that in Matlab/ Simulink when I was in Norway last winter (do you remember that?) and  for sure we could put these files on your home page (it'll be really  an honor for me!). I want to finish the optimization for that plant  as soon as possible!
