Abstract
Abstract: To check the stability margins the designers commonly use the graphicalmethod which is very constraining when the verification must be done severaltimes, as for instance when a routine is to be developped. In this paper a practicalmethod is proposed, based on the Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov (KYP) lemma. Thismethod avoids the conservatism induced by H-infinity analysis and a huge calculationas the one derived by mu-analysis.
