Abstract
Productivity improvement technologies we developed at Fukuyama Hot Mills are, high accuracy temperature tracking from entry side of reheating furnaces to finishing mill, automatic reheating furnaces control system, and mill pacing control. Although applied technology is conventional, theoretical model calculation by latest industry computer improves productivity dramatically.
