Abstract
The aim of this paper is to develop an accurate small signals model for a Boost converter operating in continuous conduction mode, and including the internal resistors of elements. This model is then used to synthesise a fuzzy logic controller that guarantees the output voltage regulation with desired performances. A comparative study illustrates the efficiency, the robustness and the flexibility of the proposed approach relatively to a classical PID controller
