Abstract
The problem of robust stabilization of discrete-time uncertainnetworked control systems (NCSs) in the presence of packet lossesand transmission delays is studied. We model such systems asdiscrete-time nonlinear systems with delayed input. Sufficientconditions on the stabilization of the NCSs are presented.Stabilizing state feedback controllers can be constructed by usingthe feasible solution of some linear matrix inequalities (LMIs).One advantage of our method is that the maximum bound on thenonlinearity can be computed by solving a constrained convexoptimization problem, another advantage is that the upper bound onthe delayed input can be obtained by solving a quasi-convexoptimizationproblem.
