Abstract

This paper presents the design of a reliable decentralized statefeedback control for a class of uncertain interconnectedpolytopic systems. A model of failures in actuators is adoptedwhich considers outages or partial degradation in independentactuators. The control is developed using the concept ofguaranteed cost control and a new LMI characterization usingpolytopic Lyapunov functions.
