STABILIZING FEEDBACK CONTROLS FOR A CLASS OF SINGULARLY PERTURBED, NONLINEAR, UNCERTAIN, TIME-DELAY SYSTEMS

A class of nonlinear controllers is presented which guarantees the stability property of global uniform ultimate boundedness with respect to some known set for a class of nonlinear, singularly perturbed systems, with discrete and distributed delays, in the presence of uncertainty, provided the singular perturbation parameter is small enough. Each feedback controller is designed using information based mainly on a nonlinear, affine in the control, reduced-order system.
