This paper presents a methodology for feedback adaptive control of active vibration attenuation systems in the presence of unknown narrow band disturbances. The proposed methodology consists in two algorithms based on the Internal Model Principle. The first one deals with an indirect adaptive control, the second one with a direct adaptive control. The feasibility of the two algorithms is illustrated in real time on an active suspension system.
