Mass balance model for steady-state linear data reconciliation is insufficient, especially when short-term scheduling is performed on hybrid systems. Scheduling-equations are established and used as addition to the model. A new formulation of data reconciliation is thus proposed as steady-state bilinear data reconciliation. In this way, the redundancy degree is increased and the solvability of data reconciliation is improved. Simulation results demonstrate the efficiency and consistency of the proposed approach.
