The problem of robust decentralized reliable control for a class of uncertain interconnected delayed systems through state feedback and dynamic output feedback is investigated in this paper. Based on Lypunov stability theory, a decentralized observer and a linear memoryless state feedback decentralized controller are designed such that for all admissible uncertainties as well as actuator failures occurring among a preassigned subset of actuators, the closed loop system is asymptotically stable. The conclusions extend and improve some results in the literature. The emulation is given to illustrate the validity of the obtained results.
