The closing event was take place in London on 22-23 June (South Bank Techno Park, close to Waterloo Station).
It has been suggested to decrease by 5-10 min the time allocated to the 45 and 60 min presentations, in order to allow people to devote more time to the exhibition.
The meeting will be structured as follow :
Day 1 9:00 opening
10:00-12:30 each TWG presents a 30 min. overview, "sales presentation"
13:30-17:45 each TWG presents in 35-40 min.

In parallel with the meeting, an exhibition (12 m2 booth, poster session, display about EU projects) and a set of demonstrations by vendors/technology suppliers will be organised.

45-50 min : 2 success stories 20 min each + questions :

All participants are invited to prepare posters and demonstration materials or PowerPoint autoshows.
UNIDO will contribute (batch processes, separation by chromatography).
RWTH will present the ADOPT system.
ULg will prepare a poster on dynamic data reconciliation.

6) Any Other Business
NMG will meet during ESCAPE conference. Many members will also be present.
No extra meeting of the TWG is planned before the final event.
The web site should be frozen mid May; a CDROM will be burned with its content and distributed; this is also part of the project deliverables. All participants are invited to check the content by end of April.
In order to prepare the final report, all participants will be requested to describe what they have contributed to the network. So get ready.
