General information
Due to heavy demand, please make reservations as soon as
possible. Reservations can be made between arrival date 24 May and
departure day 30 May. All hotels and hostels are situated in the city
centre except for Scandic Hotel (at Moholt) and Trondheim Youth Hostel
(at Rosenborg). All rooms have private shower, toilet, telephone and
colour-TV except for Trondheim Youth Hostel. Jarlen Pension has a
kitchenette in each room. Should your first and second choice already
be fully booked, please accept that we confirm another hotel/hostel as
close to your requirements as possible. Rules and regulations: You
will receive a booking confirmation as soon as your request and
deposit payment are received by Trondheim Arrangement / Tvete
Reisebyraa. This confirmation is to be presented at the hotel at
check-in. You settle the hotel account by departure for the total
amount less the prepaid deposit. Deposit amount for hotel is NOK 1000
per room, for hostel NOK 500. Changes/cancellations more than 7 days
before arrival are charged with NOK 250, later changes or no-show are
charged with the total deposit.
All hotels in the town centre are approximately equidistant from where
the conference will be held. The walking distance is less than 2
miles (13-15 mins), but there are also frequent busses (cost NOK
16) and cabs (COST approx NOK 50) available.
